Space Lease
K-Grub enters into a revenue-sharing agreement with the location landlord, paying a commission based on the machine’s gross revenue. K-Grub is responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of the vending machine, ensuring it runs smoothly without requiring any involvement from the landlord. This arrangement allows the landlord to benefit financially without any operational responsibilities, while K-Grub takes care of the entire process, from setup to ongoing management.
Purchase
Property owners or entrepreneurs have the option to purchase our K-Food vending machines for independent operation. For added flexibility, we also provide a lease-to-own option, allowing them to gradually take full ownership of the machines while benefiting from immediate use and revenue generation. This gives potential operators a choice between outright ownership or a more gradual investment approach, making it easier to enter the market.
